What was the avatar that trashed everyone? She said she was from N.Y. and loved shoes. I have racked my brain trying to remember her name. Please help....this is a medical problem for her mother and I need to get ahold of her real soon. Have not been on here is so long...you may have forgot me too.

I had a good sleep last night. Went to bed at 10 and didn't wake up til 7:30.
I think it's the inactivity during the day that causes the sleepless nights. At least in my case. It's hard to be active when you can't.

Yes. It's one of my favorite quotes. Dick the Butcher (one of the rebels) in Henry VI. "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers." The idea here is that lawyers represent law and order in Elizabethan England and to get rid of them helps spread anarchy and rebellion. I don't buy it (the law and order part)

I had a chiropractor that told me to put sast and water in a pot, get the water boiling and then sniff the steam. Salt is very healing. I also have a little ceramic pot. Inside the pot is a big piece of salt. I sniff the salt air, then exhale through my nose. It is soooo dry that it is killing our sinuses!

Hi allergies are still trouble!! I hate it. I have had to limit his animal access. Not good for a little boy. I hate that youre having the allergy nightmare too!!

I'm taking Flecainide. No blood tests for me! That would not go over well. LOL. Needles and I do not get along. I go back to the cardiologist in August, but I never did get to see the electrocardiologist or whatever he's called.
