He has an A+ credit rating. Thankfully we have already gotten the clear to close so we better close tomorrow afternoon! This whole buying process has been one headache after another and I just cannot wait for it to be over! It has been a rather fast process though because we put the first portion of our earnest money down and signed the contract on January 28th!Quote:

For the love of your children/heirs....go through your bill receipts, income tax records, bank receipts and other "savable" items that are over 10 years old and shred or burn them. It will only take a few minutes now instead of the hours it will take your children/heirs to do later.
I found things that were 30 and 40 years old. *sheesh*
