Nielsen ratings...I was quite abrupt with her. Told her I don't watch TV and that I would send the booklet back or throw it in the trash. She said "give me a few minutes'" and I said "No Ma'am, I don't even want to talk to you" and I hung up. That's not like me at all, but darn, I don't want to do that ever again.

I always let them send the surveys because there is always money in the envelope. I have gotten as much as $50 at one time and even though I never send the survey back, they keep sending them to me!
