I decided to celebrate the surviving of our 41 day 105* weather with a nice dinner of boiled shrimp on lettuce with freshly made and breaded shrimp with homemade Red Sauce....(nicely presented on red pottery plates and bowls).Too bad I'm not a wine aficionado ..... I was instructed by the wine "steward" at the liquor store...try Castello del Poggio Moscato D'Asti 2010 it will complement the fish...Why is it light wines always taste like Boones Farm wine to me...Oh, Wellthe food was good.
