thanks everyone, she is doing better...........in lots of pain, but i guess that is a small price to pay to live thru drunk driving.

the boys my son pulled out of the car (on the same night, at the same time, different city) all died, but one.........the driver lived.

PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.............

First, I am glad that she survived this and will be able to recover. Have you found out if the driver of the vehicle has any kind of insurance to help defer some of the costs she will be dealt by the hospital? This should fall under Personal Injury Protection, if they have that coverage.

I'm glad she's going to be ok...but I'm confused...was her car hit by a drunken driver or was she the drunken driver? In either case....Don't Drink and Drive!

I may be wrong I think she was a drunk passenger in a car driven by a drunk driver. Everyone in the car was drunk.

It was just her and her boyfriend. He was driving. And no SF I have not and to be honest I doubt he had much if any insurance, but I will pass on your info to Majicstix.

The other accident I mentioned was in Arlington, just happen to be my son working it the same night and time as my step daughter had her accident here.............ALL INVOLVED ALCOHOL...........
