My allergies cranked up after being out in the wind and blowing dust of the Airsho. I've been carpet-bombing my body with Wal Mart Equate "Chlorotabs" - little yellow pills. They really help me.
Sexual activity has also been quite helpful. Not sure that it's done much for my wife, but it's certainly been therapeutic for me. It's all part of staying slightly dehydrated. I figure that less fluid built-up in my body results in less drainage out my nose.

I get an e-mail with pollen count daily. Right now, Ragweed, Tumbleweeds, and Sage is high.

How about Frankincense and Myrrh?

Hello, Pugmom-
Looks like it's out of sight all over the state. The flu couldn't feel much worse than this.

For you maybe.
That's sure a mentally deranged outlook, and I think there isn't one other member here who wouldn't agree.

Gettin' worse...
I'm so sick I can hardly stand this. Seems to be some bacterial stuff on top of the allergies.
