Hope that she will be feeling at least some better this morning, bless her heart. Come onnnnn morphine....do your job.
Hugs to you Jenn, I know it's hard being here instead of there but prayer and your support by phone is a good thing in place of it.

She will be wired for at least two weeks. Then she will still have to eat soft foods for another month. So I guess she will have to eat through a straw for the next month and a half.
Jenn, when my youngest brother was about her age, he was motocrossing and wrecked. The bike landed on his jaw/cheek. It broke his jaw and knocked out some teeth. His jaw was wired shut for a few weeks too, and being a big boy he was hungry! Mom would cut weiners in very small pieces and he would push them in the opening where his teeth were knocked out. Even back then as young as I was, I thought they were both nuts because what would they do if he choked?
Hope her ears are better this morning.

Well she went to the doctors this morning for the ear pain and they think that the tube her ear drains from is clogged from the surgery but there is nothing they can do about it. She is starting to bruise a bit but the doctor said that she looks great! Thank You all for your prayers!
